The Rest Initiative: The Rest Initiative (TRI) exists to support clergy, church-planters, missionaries, humanitarian workers and caregivers both nationally and internationally as they care for others. Organizations and churches that have staff either in high stress, cross-cultural assignments or domestic, ministerial positions have a responsibility to care for them—those who work with the traumatized, hurting, poor, destitute, and emotionally broken.
TRI serves as the primary resource to assure the emotional stability of your staff. We provide ongoing support through confidential face-to-face coaching, assessments, debriefing, and equipping. Our primary goal is to proactively care for staff to produce stronger stability and increased effectiveness.
